Nothing leaves as sour of a taste in my mouth as much as a poorly executed QR code campaign does.
Too many small businesses and marketers are killing their QR code campaigns before they’ve even began by creating what we call “useless” QR codes. These “useless” QR codes ultimately lead to an unsatisfactory experience that hurts the overall adoption of this marvelous technology.
